In accordance with “Regulations Concerning Transfer Principals for Associate Degree and Undergraduate Degree between Higher Education Institutions” provisions and General Regulations about Education and Examination of our University, the given conditions for the students who will be accepted by transfer in 2013-2014 academic year , required documents, application date, allocated quotas and other issues are shown below.
In addition to the given conditions which are stated in “The Regulations Concerning Principals for Transfer, Double Major, Minor and Credit Transfer between Programs in Associate Degree and Undergraduate Degree for Higher Education Institutions” which became valid being published in the Official Gazette numbered 27561 on 24.04.2010, the students who are to apply for transfer out of institution must provide the following requirements.
- Terms of Transfer Application
- From Turkey, Out of Institution
- Passing all the credit-courses in the current program and having a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.75/4
- Being in the first 25.000 in LYS exam arranged by ÖSYM in the relevant field
- Having a DELF B2 certificate for French knowledge or getting at least 80 from ÜDS (YDS) in French language.
- From Turkey, Within Institution
- Passing all the credit-courses in the current program and having a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.75/4
- Being in the first 25.000 in LYS exam arranged by ÖSYM in the relevant field results
- Other Countries
- Having French baccalaureate or DELF B2
- Passing all the credit-courses in the current program and having a minimum cumulative grade point average of 12/20
- Evalution of the Transfer
- The applicants from Turkey but out of institution are assessed in accordance with the results of the assessment exam.
- The applicants from different countries are assessed in accordance with the results of the assessment exam.
- The applicants within institution are assessed in accordance with their cumulative grade point average.

- Transcript
- The documents giving information about the leaving higher institution, the current schedule and course contents.
- The document of YGS and LYS exam result (or the photocopy of French baccalaureate), the photocopy of identity card and high school diploma (the photocopy of passport which is translated to Turkish for foreign students)
Application Dates
All the applications must be submitted to the Student Registration Offices of the relevant Faculties between July 15 – 26, 2013.
Written Exam Dates
Written Exam in French for the applicants will be done in the relevant Faculty Deaneries on August 12, 2013.
The exam results will be announced on August 16, 2013.
Oral Exam Dates
Oral Exams for the students who are successful in written exam will be done on August 26, 2013.
The exam results of the students who are successful in all exams and who have right to register will be announced on our web page on August 29, 2013 and will be posted to the addresses of the accepted students.
Registration Date
Registrations will be done in between September 02-06, 2013.
