2025-2026 Academic Year Vocational School student registrations will be made according to the following calendar.
The registration dates for the students who are entitled to enter our University by OSYM are specified below:
OSYS Registration Dates: 01 September - 05 September 2025
OSYS Additional Placement Dates: 10 - 17 October 2025
Required documents for registration (Registrations will be made in person.)
- High school diploma (Can be obtained via e-Government Gateway)
- 2025-YKS Placement Results document
- Original and photocopy of identity card,
- Passport size photograph (2 pieces)
- Student Information Form *
- Seafarers Health Examination Certificate **
* To get the Student Information Form, log in from here with your TR Identity number as username and password and fill in the relevant fields. You must print out the Application Form in the last step and submit it to the Vocational School Secretariat along with other documents required for registration.
** Students who will register to our Maritime Vocational School must obtain a "Seafarer Health Report" and a "Seafarers Health Examination Certificate" to be issued based on this report in order to start their education.
Stage 1
Application to Authorized Health Institution
A "Seafarer Health Report" is obtained from private or public health institutions authorized by the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Health - General Directorate of Health for Borders and Coasts.

Stage 2
Approval
With the report obtained, the approval process is carried out by applying to the authorized centers of the General Directorate of Borders and Coasts, whose list can be accessed at https://www.hssgm.gov.tr/GemiadamlariMerkezleri. As a result of the approval, a "Seafarers Health Examination Certificate" is issued to the person.
