Academic Processes

Academic programmes, course enrolment, examination timetables and transcript procedures are managed under the coordination of the Directorate of Student Affairs (ÖİDB). The course catalogue and credit information can be accessed via the ECTS Information Package.

Postgraduate Education

Postgraduate programmes are run by the Institutes of Natural Sciences and Social Sciences. Detailed information on entry requirements, places available and enrolment procedures can be found on the institutes’ websites.

International Students

International students may apply for undergraduate programmes via the GSÜYÖS examination and for postgraduate programmes through the institutes. Information on admission requirements, the application timetable and tuition fees can be found via the links below. Visa and residence permit procedures are coordinated by the Office of International Relations (UIO).

The Career Development, Application and Research Centre (KAGEM) provides career planning advice to students and graduates, delivers training to help them enhance their professional skills, and facilitates connections with organisations where they can undertake work placements.
